Seated at an Economic Development roundtable in Louisiana, concerned professionals sought to answer the question, “How do we respond to the needs in the Black, Hispanic and Latino communities?” Determined to bring positive change, participants first recognized the need to address racial inequalities and economic disparages experienced by community members, advocate for change, and create, market, and manage an economic empowerment initiative. 

Encouraging like minded Americans to get engaged, AmericaEngage is inviting successful entrepreneurs to invest their talents and resources in quality businesses owned by members of the Black, Latino and Hispanic Communities. 

Our Business Mentors offer consulting in Financial Literacy, Business Development, Retention and Expansion. AmericaEngage also aids business owners by providing opportunity to capital at little to no interest–  because growing healthy businesses and communities is our only interest. 

Our goal is to multiply the number of successful businesses owned by Black, Hispanic and Latino members of society, so these businesses become permanent contributors, strengthening the overall vitality, diversity, and growth of the American economy.
